Customer discovery/delivery service radius is private and assigned only by Rasoo.in Admin. It is not selected by partners or riders.

Private KYC documents

PDF/JPG/PNG/WEBP, maximum 3 MB per file. A masked Aadhaar copy is preferred for partner KYC. Aadhaar proof is not shown publicly.

Review & Partner Application Agreement

This is the onboarding consent. After admin approval, the final commercial Partner Agreement appears in Partner Studio for separate electronic acceptance.

I confirm that the submitted business, food-safety, identity, tax (where applicable) and location information is accurate and that I am authorised to submit it. I understand that Rasoo.in may verify these records, may keep the listing in Draft until review is complete, and may reject or suspend onboarding where material information is false, unsafe or incomplete.

I understand that the exact commission, onboarding fee, payout configuration and other commercial terms assigned by Rasoo.in will be shown in a versioned Partner Agreement after approval. I will review that agreement before accepting it. Partner-funded discounts and optional sponsored visibility will be separately controllable and identifiable.

I agree to protect customer data, maintain accurate menu/availability, prepare orders responsibly, update delays promptly, comply with applicable food-safety requirements and use customer information only for fulfilling Rasoo.in orders and support.
